You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Items Eligible for Return

The following items are eligible for return:

  • Incorrect items sent
  • Products that do not match the description on our website

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable content)

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  5. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
